PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This 4-week training program is specifically designed to improve moderate to long distance (5-12 miles) rucking performance. Only a ruck sack, a stopwatch, 10# sledgehammer, dumbbell or rubber rifle, and route of known length are required to perform this program.
